Shipping & delivery for a digital subscription.

This Shipping Policy explains how AajkaRegister delivers its services. AajkaRegister is a subscription-based software product, so what we deliver is online access to the purchased subscription plan and its digital features. No physical item is shipped.

1. Nature of the Product

AajkaRegister is a software-as-a-service platform offered on a subscription basis. Customers purchase access to the software, its modules, and related digital services based on the selected plan.

Since this is a digital product, there is no physical inventory, packaging, courier dispatch, or postal shipment involved in normal plan delivery.

2. What We Deliver

After successful payment, we deliver the subscription in digital form. This delivery may include:

  • activation of the purchased subscription plan
  • account-level access to platform features
  • usage rights according to the selected package
  • digital support or service access included in that plan

3. Delivery Timeline

Subscription access is generally activated shortly after successful payment confirmation. In many cases, activation may happen almost immediately.

In some situations, there may be a reasonable delay due to payment verification, account review, technical checks, server issues, maintenance, or other operational reasons.

4. No Physical Shipping

AajkaRegister does not ship physical products for its subscription plans. Therefore:

  • no courier or logistics partner is involved for subscription delivery
  • no shipping charges apply for normal digital plan activation
  • no tracking ID, airway bill, or parcel status is generated

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, and payment-related details during signup or checkout. Incorrect information may delay activation or cause access issues.

It is also the customer’s responsibility to maintain internet access, a compatible device, and any basic technical requirements necessary to use the software.

6. Delivery Issues

If payment is completed but subscription access is not provided within a reasonable time, the customer should contact us with the payment details and registered contact information so the issue can be verified and resolved.
