This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for AajkaRegister. AajkaRegister is a subscription-based software product, and refunds, where applicable, are evaluated for digital access and service activation rather than physical goods.

AajkaRegister is a digital software subscription service. By purchasing a plan, the customer receives online access to software features, tools, and related digital services based on the selected package.
Since the product is digital in nature, refund requests are reviewed with reference to activation status, access usage, duplicate transactions, technical errors, and other genuine service-related issues.
2. When a Refund May Be Considered
Refunds may be considered in genuine cases such as:
- duplicate payment made for the same subscription
- payment deducted but subscription not activated within a reasonable time
- technical error resulting in failed delivery of the purchased service
- incorrect charge caused by a verified payment-related system issue
3. When Refunds May Not Be Applicable
Refunds may not be applicable in situations such as:
- change of mind after successful subscription activation
- partial or full use of the subscribed digital service
- failure to use the service despite successful activation
- issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
